My business card will not do any purchases or allow me to withdrawal money from ATM. I cannot get PayPal on the phone at all. I have been working on this for 5 days. Card is active, etc. etc. etc. Please Help!!
I've been getting the runaround from paypal. They keep changing their story, assuming I know little to nothing about computers. Anyway, many of the grocery stores in my area will allow a cash dispersal on purchase. So, you might want to check that. I've gotten 20 dollars, but you might be able to get more. The transaction was free, as I was purchasing groceries at the time.
I appreciate the support. It has been brutal. The problem is I have to pay some large amount business debts with this card and can't do anything with it right now!!!
