£5 for downloading the app

I had a offer come into my email for £5 for downloading the app though when I follow the ink i get the message.

This offer is not valid for this email address even though it is the same one

Hi, I had the same problem though and I'm not able to claim the offer. Downloaded the PayPal app for the first time and didn't receive the free money.
