where is "PAY LATER" section - I need to change payment method on Pay in 4?

I need to change payment method in "Pay in 4".  I had to cancel my credit card set up originally.  I've added 2 alternatives in Wallet but cannot cancel the canceled card as it's connected to Pay in 4 acct.  PayPal instructions say to go to "Pay Later" section - WHERE IS THE "PAY LATER" SECTION?  I cannot find it.
