pay in 4 dissapeared...

  Paypals algorythym needs addressing!  Pay in 4  use it for everything if I can   no late payments.. many tens of thousands of purchases since they started it.. NOW it is gone..  And I needed it.. Cant count on something when you need it it lowers the value of the product..

As its a short term loan then paypal would not be able to offer a finite amount to everyone, depends on their cash flow just like banks and mortgages.

Why not just put off buying the item and save up 4 payments and then pay cash?
