I have just noticed two odd things. Paypal is charging interest when none is due. All accounts paid off in full. I was charged $.24 interest on a closed account?
And the amount due changes between payments when no interest is due. I borrowed $401.18, Made a first payment of $101.18.
Go to make the next payment far ahead of due date and it says I owe $300.05. So where does the $.05 come from?
Looks like paypal is ripping off people.

I called paypal customer service when I found I was being charged interest on an account that was payed off in full and ahead of time. I was put on hold for ever and hung up on 4 times. PayPal people are rude and unable or unwilling to answer questions.
Makes me feel that PayPal is ripping people off or are unable to keep records correct and only employees idiots.
