Hi I’m still having problems being able to get PayPal credit even tho I fit the criteria it says I don’t , however i have been told it’s only 20% of uk customers that are able to get it at the moment as it’s being fased in, today I have noticed that ever time I use my izettle machine it now emails me like the old PayPal here use to which I’m thinking is a good sign , dose this happen to anyone else ?

Do not take the advice of @gsoffice993 .

Firstly that number may well be scam and you should never use numbers posted on this forum. Always scroll down and click on contact us bottom of paypals pages.

Secondly you are in the UK so that number would be useless to you anyway.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
