PayPal balance

Look PayPal sent me a card and it says I have 250.00 available in my PayPal cash pluss balance, on the paperwork but after I activated the account it says zero balance. Is this a scam or is there something I need to do to receive my money?

Does your PayPal account balance say zero balance after activating your card? If so, contact customer service for further assistance:

2. Scroll down to click “Call Us” option after the “Common Issues” section.
