PayPal Scorecard Rewards Disappeared

I just went to pay with my Scorecard rewards on a site I’ve used them on before but the option didn’t show up at checkout. I looked into my account and they’ve completely disappeared and it will not allow me to re-link my card. I had almost $300 saved up in rewards and they were there just a few days ago. Does anyone know what went wrong/how to fix it?
