Pay in 4 not working after error and now not showing up as a payment option

I'm attempting to make a purchase for an online game that allowed the use of Paypal.

When going through all the promps: explaining the payments over the next four fortnights, asks me to enter in my mobile number and address but then its comes up with the error: "Sorry, we can't offer you this payment plan".

Anyone know how to fix this?
