Hello all. I'm desperate to find some way to use my credit line to pay for some new tires for my vehicle. Unfortunately, my only available funds are on my paypal credit. If I'm unable to get the service center to give me some sort of online bill, is there any feasible way for me to get money off of my credit line? Or maybe request a physical card to use? Maybe a balance transfer to another one of my physical credit cards, or a cash advance, anything.
