Guest purchases

Hello! I have a button attached to my website for purchases. However, when people attempt to purchase as guest it says "Sorry, we can't complete your purchase at this time." Any help with fixing this issue would be helpful. Thank you

Hi @Q_Fonrose,

 

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community! Payments can be declined for multiple reasons. Is this decline happening when you attempt to test your own button or when other people attempt to check out? If it's others, is it a lot of people or just a few people? Are the people attempting the guest checkout from different places than each other? These answers may be helpful in getting to the bottom of what's going on.
