Cannot send invoices

I recently changed my email from zoho to Gmail. I tried to send invoices today but it says "cannot send invoice. Please confirm your zoho email address." I cannot find anywhere in my account that lists the old zoho mail anymore. I thought I had deleted it as an option. It even shows my new Gmail account when I check settings within invoices. How do I fix this?

I will answer my own question in case it might be helpful to someone else. I called customer service and they told me to make a new template for my invoice. I simply changed a few things on my existing template and updated it, and it worked fine. I am now able to send invoices.
