Activate Reference Transactions? - United Kingdom

I've been asked to activate Reference Transactions, to set up subscriptions via my Shopify store. Is this something I have to request on here or on the automated chat as the automated chat doesn't seem to understand what I'm requesting?

I understand your concern about the Reference transaction activation. Yes, that's right. You won't be able enable this through the chats. In this case, the only option is to contact our PayPal Customer Support through the call so that they can help you accordingly.
