importing using excel template

I've copied and pasted a few of my products into the template to test and I get and error message "something went wrong please try again.  I've taken the decimal point out, made a minimal import. over and over. same message. paypal support has a help page, not too much help- it's new to them too.  Zettle europe website gave the numerical info.  nowhere is troubleshooting. HELP
