how do I get ship station on my home screen on Paypal?

Every time I want to ship something I have to search the entire site just to find the shipping. Why can't Ship station just be on the home page? I called customer service and they left me on hold forever, this i

That option is no longer available since ever shipping was sourced out to a third party service (Shipstation). If you just want to just buy a postage label, open an account with any third party online postage provider independent of PayPal. To buy postage for a PayPal transaction, click the transaction that needs to be shipped and click “Print Shipping label” button. Or you can try accessing the Orders page.
