I understand that you would like to cancel PayPal Pay in 4 as a payment option while checking out. If you do not wish to opt-in for this payment plan you can certainly ignore that option and select a different method altogether. Unfortunately, you won't be able to cancel it completely. Please be advised that Pay in 4 may not be available for certain merchants and our system may also decide to offer PayPal Pay in 4 as an option based on our internal checks, it seems like your account is in good standing hence you're getting the option.
