Hello, I recently made a purchase off a website using paypal, but when i was logging onto my account it automatically charged me 9 dollars without me completing the order. So now i have two 9 dollar transactions that i have no idea where they went towards AND the actual payment from when i pressed complete order. My actual order was going to be 12 dollars (because i decided to pay in 4). i just want to know how to get rid of both 9 dollar transactions because they were already taken out of my bank card. 😞 and it also does say that its a temporary transaction but i dont know why it was removed from my bank account already.

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
