Why isn't ShipStation pulling the Buyers Address for Shipping Labels?

For at least 1 week, ShipStation has not been pulling the Buyers Address to create a shipping label.  Why won't PayPal work with their contractor to fix the problem promptly.?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
