Paypal shipping regularly charges more than USPS Click & Ship. Why is this? Last time I caught this it was a bit over $4. Several of these little charges can add up for a small business using PayPal as their payment method and shipping using the PayPal shipping tools. What gives, PayPal? Usually when people have this happen, it's referred to as "fleecing." How about not sneaking a few dollars here and there for something that you think your customers won't notice? Because this person noticed and now it's out there.
