What's the monthly charge for a premier account&what's the cost of a personal account-per month?

There’s no monthly cost to maintain a personal account or a business account. It’s on a pay as you get paid for goods and services basis. And there is a fee for sending int’l personal payments. Premier accounts are no longer available. Only personal or business account. With business accounts, if you subscribe to certain optional advanced checkout services, there would be a monthly fee for those services.
