Trying to create a shipping label in paypal. It's a flat rate. But when I try to pay for the label, it says the weight on the customs form doesn't match the shipment weight. But on a flat rate you don't enter a weight so unsure how to get past this. I tried to leave the customs form weights as 0 but it wouldn't allow for that.
