I bought/ordered an item through pay4. The item created 2 seperate pay4 transactions in PayPal, 1 was approved the other is pending but the money has been removed from my account? So 2 seperate amounts taken, definitely not the second payment for pay4. I checked with company and definitely only 1 order. I can’t lodge a claim, can’t get info from bot on this pending transaction. What is going on?? Any way to sort this without having to ring?
