Redirect Customer After Subscription

Hi, we have a simple course page in Wordpress in which we integrated Paypal subscriptions with a link see image below. Is there any option to add a redirect after subscribing to a "checkout/success" page. We would like to track sales for performance marketing e.g. facebook pixel.

I don't see any option on the subscription setup page:

The link is included into a button of the theme:

I could imagine that there exists a solution like adding the redirect page as a param to that link e.g. ? plan_id=planId&redirect_success=my_success_page
