I also had terrible customer service, the lack of caring about the needs of the customer ended up with a very good friend getting fired from her job today. My PayPal card is a DEBIT card, that’s a cash account mind you, and it’s like pulling teeth to find out how I can transfer money to my PayPal account from it. If I need to load money onto my PayPal account I have to swipe that card so why can’t they do it.
