Paypal credit refund

Purchased on ticketmaster 3 tickets for theatre bought 16 months in advance as a graduation present unknown to me the individual was given tickets for the performance so am wondering if papal would issue a refund?????

Welcome! Thank you for visiting PayPal's Community Forum, this is a great question. PayPal's Purchase Protection wouldn't exactly cover this situation since it wouldn't fall under an Item not Received or Not as Described, as well as the transaction falls outside of the 180 day timeframe to open a dispute. My apologies for the inconvenience here. I would recommend working with Ticketmaster to see if you can get a refund.
