Paypal credit freeze

Hi, I have found myself using paypal credit for a few years now is there anyway to block spending? I find myself buying pointless stuff thinking ah well i'll just pay it back later. I want to pay off what i owe over the coming months without being able to spend. Can't see any options to do so or any similar questions raised. Thanks
