Paypal Honey $20 sign up promo never received

I got an email on Oct 12 2022, regarding a promo for sign up a honey account by the paypal account and get $20 rewards in one of the 5 stores.

I did what it asked, sign up a new account, install browser extension, etc, but the $20 rewards never show up either in paypal account or honey rewards account. No coupon auto applied during the store checkout by paypal as well. Tried couple of times contact the customer service for this issue, to be honest, they totally have no idea what's going on and reply unrelated thing or a different direction. This is the first time I'm really unhappy with the Paypal service. I won't trust any paypal promo in the future.

I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your reward. I know this must be frustrating. To have this reviewed, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Support. They may need to manually issue this to you.
