Paypal Credit Refund After Balance is Paid in Full

I made a purchase on Ebay. I had a Paypal Credit balance, I was taking advantage of the 6 months no interest, as long as balance is paid off in 6 months. I had the money, so I decided to go ahead and pay off the full balance. This  brought my Paypal Credit balance to $0. In the mean time the item I purchased off Ebay had issues, so I had  to return it. The company quickly issued a refund minus the cost of return shipping. This refund showed up in my recent activity but nowhere else. It did show in my Paypal Credit or Paypal Balance. I called Paypal and spoke to Margret, she was very nice. She said that in 3 to 5 days a credit will be issued to my Paypal Credit Balance, bringing it to a a positive balance, where Paypal Credit owes me. I asked, how do I get that money back. She said I could make a purchase using the Paypal Credit and recover it that way or request they send me a check. I asked if they could just use ACH, the same method I've used to make payments toward previous balances or transfer it to my Paypal Balance, she said no, they can only mail me a check. I expect that will take 7 days for them to actually print a check, then another 3 to 5 days to actually get it in the mail, then another 3 to 5 days to actually get it in the mail, if it doesn't get lost, US Postal Service has become a MEME.

This is the kind of ridiculous nonsense I get into constantly dealing with companies. I've had so many hours of my life wasted dealing with these garbage companies. So once I finally get my money. I will be terminating my Paypal account. There's far to many better options out there, like Square, Venmo, Zelle, and others. I've used Paypal for over 20 years, 10 of them were good, the other 10 have been plagued with time wasting problems.
