Hello I’m trying to buy something with PayPal credit to spread the cost of something but the merchant is having authorisation issues. The amount is slightly over my credit limit is their any way I can increase my limit or just pay the difference so it’s now under my limit so the transaction can go through? Thanks.

Hello @Itchster,
Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.
PayPal reviews your credit limit monthly and may invite you to increase your limit once you’ve been a PayPal Credit customer for at least 3 months. You can always request a credit limit decrease or opt-out of receiving offers to increase your credit limit. To do this, I would suggest you contact our PayPal Credit team directly in the answer to the last question of this FAQ.
Good luck,
Ayesha
