I signed up for pay in 4 to see what it's like but it only took my first payment and the second one didn't go through- even when i wanted to pay in full with a different card. It just says something went wrong. None of my cards are having problems, I even logged on to see. Can someone help, please?
Hi @graciella the payment will not go through only if there is any risk involved in it, I suggest you to contact message or phone support as they will be able to help you in completing the payment.
