Has anyone had a problem with Paypal Pay in 4 where you pay the payments due and they charge you individually but then end up charging what looks like a lump sum of all the payments? I know it’s just a hold, but all these double payments with 12 plans are causing a negative balance when my account really isn’t in the negative. The bank told me that Paypal charges the whole amount to make sure you have the funds and then charges just the payment amount. Does this sound correct?
