Orders not appearing under multi-order shipping

Hi, my multi-order shipping page is suddenly not displaying any transactions, although I have nearly 100 that are "ready to ship." I've tried three browsers so that's not the problem. Paypal help just keeps sending cut/paste boilerplate replies that tell me how to use multi-order shipping, which I've been using for a long time without issues. Can somebody here help? I can't imagine processing them all individually.
