Sorry to hear that you're not able to receive payments. Every time you initiate a transaction from your PayPal account it goes through a series of filters to determine how much potential risk may be involved. If the system deems risk, it may block the payments from going through temporarily. In such situations, please ask the sender to try again at a later date by clearing their cache and cookies from the internet browser or trying a different internet browser/device.
