Mail payment missing.

My bank mailed my payment to PayPal mastercard on 6 January and they still have not received it. When I message them about it, my messages don’t go through. They asked me to use messaging to upload more info on the payment but their responses indicate that they have no idea of what I’m talking about. This is after being on the phone with them for like a half an hour, does PayPal check the PO Box daily when the payments are mailed?

I understand your concern about the payment not reflecting in your PayPal MasterCard. As you have mailed your payment, please allow enough time for payment to be received. At any time, you can choose to make a one-time payment or schedule automatic payments towards your balance due. You can pay using your PayPal balance, or your linked bank account conveniently with the PayPal app or on PayPal.com. You may need a linked bank account to pay your bill, even if you’re paying with your PayPal balance, as it will be used if your balance is insufficient.
