Hello!
I have a PayPal Business account with a PayPal debit card. I would like the card to use my PayPal Credit balance, but I do not see where I can link the two. Am I missing something, or is PPC really only for online-only purchases?

Yes, PayPal Credit virtual credit line is only useable through your PayPal account via PayPal Checkout. Cannot link it to a physical card.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
