I used Paypal Smart Button to collect payments. Why my transactions are missing?

Missing payments

 

I used paypal smart button on my website, it was active and the payment went through from the other side and it was accepted, but I didn't recieved the money.

For sure I had at least one order, because one of my friend wrote to me and she also showed the screenshot of the accepted payment, but I don't see it in my account and I didn't recieve my money neither.

 

The button that is used is till in my saved buttons and it is active.

 

What could be the problem and what could I do?

I certainly understand how concerning this can be for you. This error usually results from problems with your merchant account's email address designated in your button code. Here's how you can resolve the issue :
 

Ensure that the email address for your Merchant Account ID is a confirmed email address within your PayPal account.
Alternatively, use a Secure Merchant Account ID instead of an email address.
