I paid for an item using Pay in 4, but the merchant is out of stock.

I purchased an item with Pay In 4, but the merchant was out of stock. I gave them two weeks to attempt to restock, but I haven't heard anything from them. In the meantime, another merchant has what I want. I want to cancel the Pay In 4 with the current guy, and get my payments refunded. How do I do this?

If the payment due date falls, prior to a refund being issued to you, the payment will be taken as normal. Any funds completed, will be refunded to you when the merchant initiates the refund from their PayPal account.
