I am sorry to know that you haven't received your card. In general, your card should arrive in the mail within 7-10 days. If you haven't received the card, please contact our customer service to discuss the next steps. A representative can help cancel a lost card and issue a new one. To contact customer service, please click Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page for contact options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.
