How to make payments towards 2 different credit plans on Paypal?

Hello,

I currently have two different credit plans:

• 24 instalments interest free promotional offer (Direct debit set up since January)
• No interest plan if paid in full in 4 months (Today's purchase)

What I really find confusing is how to make a payment towards the 4 months plan which I would need to get cleared first. I feel like any payments made would go straight to the 24 instalments plan.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
