How does recipient claim money I sent via PayPal credit

I sent money to my niece through papypal credit. It only asked for her cell phone number. How does she receive it? Does she get a text

If she has the Paypal app on her phone and her phone number is verified on her paypal account it should show in her app paypal balance.
