How can I contact paypal regarding my credit balance?

There is a 200 pound discrepancy between my paypal credit statements. My balance is 755 pounds. But according to purchases it should only be 550 pounds. Unable to contact anyone by phone or messenger. Has anyone found a way to contact paypal?
