Paypal sets the autopay date to the due date and then says payment isn't made on time and adds a $30+ fee each month. That seems criminal, right? You can't change the payment date either. Their link to do so doesn't work. Customer service gave me 3 different excuses, none making any sense, to explain why my payment would not go through on their end in time when it in fact cleared my bank account within minutes. It needs to change through company policy before some lawyer gets rich off a class action lawsuit that won't actually help any of the people who were wronged. I just want them to fix it and do the right thing without having to wait until they get sued.
