I recently sent an invoice to my client for services so they could use their PayPal Credit account. When they logged into their account to pay the invoice, the payment options would lot allow them to select PayPal Credit as an option, stating that the option to use PayPal Credit was unavailable. Does anyone know why my client cannot use this payment option? My PayPal account is set up as a business account, so one would assume a client could use PayPal Credit...
That was essentially the only reason why I utilize this account was for my client's ability to finance their payment option.
