It is the whole premis of paypal is so we do not have to enter our debit or CC to pay on line. But twice this month I did not purchace items because the websites would not use paypal. Their website implied that paypal did not have my debit information. Sometimes if I use a different computer it will go through without a problem. I think its a way people get a hold of our debit info. its a virus.
