Hello. Someone bought a product from me. I had $ 50 for shipping. But it cost me $ 19. How do I send the difference? Paypal has charged the full amount. And now, refund, paypal charges again? Thank you.

You can click on the transaction and use the refund option at the bottom to do a part refund BUT paypal no longer return the fee you were charged when your buyer paid as part of any refund you issue.
