Hello,

I have made a full refund for an ebay item that the person purchased. I

now need to do another refund for the return postage. How do I do this?

The buyer can normally claim back return postage costs via paypal if they paid that way and if they activated this link.

But if they can't or don't then the only way to send them the postage return costs is via using the friends/family option.
