problem with pending transaction

Hello all;

I hope you help me well...

 

I received a money from a client "Simon <removed>.)  60$ week ago, and I sent them to another account in 22 May, but the payment still in "Pending" status on my transaction because they told me that this payment will be reviewed but he didn't receive anything and the transaction  still in "Pending" from 22 may to 31 May.

 But PayPal decided to close my account permanently.

I opened a dispute to refund my money and cancel this payment and I asked him to add tracking number and he added "returned"

The status on the transaction now are "pending and returned" but my balance still ZERO and I didn't get my money.

When will I get my money back because I have to refund it to my first client (Simon <removed>)
