hi paypal community i recently tried to buy a celebrities merchandise via paypal from one of my friends and after being on hold for several hours i know have to send proof of that celebrity’s birthday?? why?? it makes no sense…and what am i even supposed to send? will i get my money back if paypal doesn’t approve of that?
