I have been trying to make a purchase on Ebay for a week, and finally an agent told me today that "we recommend you to contact PayPal to remove any restrictions to your account to allow the card to be used as a Stand Alone Payment method". PayPal help has nothing I can find to even see if I have account restrictions.Last week I made a purchase on eBay using the card, and had no problem. Five minutes later, I made another purchase on eBay, and this problem came up. The problem has not gone away. I have changed cards on eBay and PayPal. SO far nothing has helped Feedback on eBay will not be good for me if I cannot make a purchase I have committed to.
How can I find out if I have account restrictions?
