Hi there. I had made a payment and then it shows i can only confirm receipt after 48 hours, but 48 has past and i cant see any button to click to confirm receipt on the activity section. thanks in advvance

If its marked as completed in your Paypal account then you have paid. The fact its pending on the sellers account is between them and Paypal.

Funds for new sellers are held for 21 days but released more quickly if they provide a tracking number (delivery + 1 day) OR the buyer confirms receipt once they have received the item BUT that option is not always available and is mainly for virtual/digital sales or if the seller marks the transaction as processed as they didn't send trackable.

Advice is voluntary.
